Business Rules in Dynamics CRM offer a quick and easy way to create functionality out-of-the-box, and in many instances, eliminates the need for expensive custom coding and development that would be required in previous versions of Dynamics. Though simple to create and manage, there are some scenarios when a business rule isn't working as it should that can drive a System Administrator insane!
